Models provide intelligence Harness provides structure
Harness is the runtime and governance framework for agents. Like its namesake—the harness of a horse—it does not generate power, but determines whether power becomes controlled movement.LoLRAgent OS is an enterprise Harness that connects roles, knowledge, Skills, tools, permissions, human review, and evaluations into a closed loop, making agents buildable, governable, and continuously improvable within enterprises.
Roles & BoundariesDefine Digital Expert roles, goals, task boundaries, and deterministic workflows.
Knowledge & SkillsConnect private knowledge bases and load expert-annotated professional and scenario Skills—reusable units of specialist capability.
Tools & PermissionsConnect existing systems through standardized tool interfaces, and publish and invoke within authorized scopes.
Evaluation & Human reviewRun regression evaluations on real tasks, require human confirmation at key steps, and log the entire process.
Six connected stages return real-world feedback to Skills and evaluation setsHarness Loop · Illustration
01Build
Assemble agents from Skills libraries and templates, configuring roles, boundaries, and resources.
02Inject
Connect private knowledge and Skills libraries, existing systems, and data.
03Test
Validate and run regressions with real tasks; trace issues to specific versions.
04Publish
Publish to designated devices, spaces, or roles under authorization; capabilities activate with their permissions.
05Run
Run in private environments with access controls, human review checkpoints, and execution logs.
06Iterate
Return operational feedback to Skills and evaluation sets for continuous improvement.
Harness built on three networks
The enterprise Harness rests on three distributed networks: compute supplies schedulable resources, knowledge supplies information retained at its source nodes, and human–AI collaboration supplies expert cooperation and feedback. Harness combines these capabilities for specific scenarios to deliver Digital Experts, then improves them through evaluation and feedback. The RSI Enterprise Brain is its hub, accumulating corpora, metrics, Skills, and evaluation sets.

Distributed compute network
Unified scheduling organizes device, edge, and cloud nodes into a compute network connected by secure links (see Trusted Foundation), providing schedulable, auditable compute for Harness.
Distributed knowledge network
Knowledge remains at its originating node—personal, departmental, institutional, or authorized cloud—and connects within permissions. Harness retrieves and aggregates as needed without centralizing all data.
Distributed human–AI collaboration network
Industry experts, business staff, and Digital Experts collaborate across nodes. Experts annotate, review, and set rules; Digital Experts execute and draft; feedback returns through Harness.
Enterprise Harness=Agent Operating System+Governance loop+Evaluation systemBuilt on distributed compute, knowledge, and human–AI collaboration networks, the system combines and improves scenario-specific capabilities. Security, expertise, privacy, convenience, and value determine whether agents can enter enterprises and operate reliably over time.
From one-time delivery to enterprise AI that keeps growing
Enterprise AI's challenge is ongoing operation and improvement after launch. LoLR.AI uses the FDE (Forward Deployed Engineer) approach: engineers work on site with enterprise experts to build a dedicated Harness for human–AI collaboration. Operational feedback continuously returns to Skills, evaluation sets, and models, progressively raising RSI (Recursive Self-Improvement) maturity.
Traditional project delivery
Starting pointScope is defined by requirements documents and feature lists.
ProcessRequirements, development, acceptance, completion—delivery is the endpoint.
After launchBusiness and models keep changing, while the system stays as it was at acceptance.
Knowledge ownershipMethods and tuning experience remain with the implementer; the enterprise receives a one-time result.
AI-native implementation · FDE + Harness
Starting pointAssess workflows, data boundaries, and expert judgment points on site, starting with an initial set of verifiable tasks.
ProcessAssessment, Harness co-development, live operation, and continuous iteration—with feedback at every stage.
After launchOperational feedback returns to Skills, evaluation sets, and models, continually improving system capabilities.
Knowledge ownershipRoles, Skills, evaluation sets, and logs become enterprise assets transferred to its own team.
Stage 1On-site assessment
FDE engineers map workflows, data boundaries, and expert decisions on site, then define initial tasks and acceptance criteria.
Outputs: Task list · Data boundaries · Acceptance criteriaStage 2Co-build Harness
Define roles, extract Skills, build evaluation sets, and configure permissions and human review with enterprise experts.
Collect operational feedback at an agreed cadence, update Skills, evaluation sets, and models, and gradually transfer capabilities and methods to the enterprise team.
RSI maturity: three stages of enterprise AI self-improvement
Each stage clearly defines what people do, what AI does, and who reviews the results.
RSI · RECURSIVE SELF-IMPROVEMENT
Stage 1Basic readinessAI assists, people lead
Establish the baseline: corpora, Skills, and evaluation sets are ready, and Digital Experts complete defined tasks under human guidance.
Corresponds to: Knowledge trust · Digital ExpertsStage 2Trusted task delegationAI acts, people review
Move from business Q&A to task delegation. Digital Assistants understand needs and coordinate resources, with human review of results.
Corresponds to: Capability trust · Digital AssistantsStage 3Continuous self-improvementAI self-evaluates, people set rules
Feedback flows back automatically, continuously improving Skills and models. People define rules and boundaries; Digital Partners execute around the clock.
